ZAPDILL has developed SANITIZATION TUNNEL/ DIS-INFECTANT CHAMBER as per DRDO guidelines. Structure and complete body of Chamber is made up of Galvanized metal with powder coating, all pipes and nozzles are concealed in the design. We have designed complete drainage system at the bottom of Chamber and at top as well. Structure is designed to sustain wind speed of upto 150 KMPH and 4 industrial wheels (with braking system) are provided for easy transportation and relocation of tunnel. Tunnel can be shipped in dismantle condition as well and it can be easily assembled (in 5-6 hours) at site.

Electrical/ Automation System is designed for DUAL MODE of Operation, Automatic (Sensor based) and Manual (Foot Operated Switch) and operation of tunnel is completely TOUCHLESS. Change Over switch is provided at control panel for switching the mode of operation, and all electrical equipments in control panel are of Industrial Grade (LNT or SCHNEIDER). Sensor for automated detection is with 99.99 % accuracy (OMRON make).

Plumbing System, high pressure self suction pump is provided with pneumatic pipe and pneumatic fittings. Stainless Steel Nozzles of orifice less than .2mm is provided to generate mist of dis infectant solution (less than 60 microns).
